I have a great girl too! We don't really have a specific day we became a couple..just naturally and gradually happened. Though we did have an unspoken exclusive flirting/hanging out thing going for quite sometime. One of those things where everyone knew we were into each other before we did. but looking back on it, it seems so much more obvious. But I really don't know how long its been. anywhere from 2-3 months, just happened to naturally.
