from experience,,the longer they extend it the less harsh the penalty will be..

i know going to court just to have it postponed sucks but trust me on this one,pray they postpone it a dozen more times..

of course i dunno how that will affect gettin kiddo back? are they tied together or are they working them separate?

 

separate.. which is good. i could end up getting her back and then get convicted.. which will be bad.. but i highly doubt that will happen... things are going slowly in my favor.

noooo thats VERY GOOD!!!! if you get the kid back before being sentenced then the court will look at that as you being rehabilitated.
that would be the BEST case scenario..

probably would just get unsupervised probation..

oooh... yeah.. true.. .. i'll pretty much be happy with any sentencing as long as it's no serving time.
