    green,
    bright like
    the the light
    of summer fireflies.

    brown,
    rich like
    the earth beneath
    our feet.

    your eyes
    percieving me
    like none before.

    your smile.

    the way your head
    slightly tilts back
    and to the side.

    blue,
    vast like
    the ocean
    i dream of at night.

    yellow,
    soft like
    the petals
    of the flowering tree.

    love,
    love,
    i adore you.

    in many ways
    in many shades
    i love you.

hey i just wanted to share the first idea for yellow cuz its funny.
tell me if you like it better.

    yellow,
    soft like
    the butter creamed
    for baking.

(!) i didnt think it fit for the mood of the poem. but i still enjoy it.
