indica vs sativa....tell the difference?

Ok i've been doing reading on the net about cannabis sativa and cannabis indica. now sativa is suppost to give more heady uplifting high that iwantcause a higher thc to cbd thing. this is what i want.

when im out buying bud what physical characteristics on the bud should i look for? what color is the bud, the smells all that, could you people help me out?

 

never judge a book by its cover. you just cant tell like that because smells/color/looks are all strain and growing style/conditions.

ak-47 grown in a colder climate may give off a purple tinge that idiotz will call purple haze, but its not. unless you grew the pot or knew who grew it, you cant know the strain. and without smoking it you cant tell how hearvy on the cbd or thc the reefer is.

 

you can only tell the difference between indica and sativa with the looks of the plant not the bud

 

^not always. during growth phenno comes into play, a indica dom might grow as tall as a sativa just because it got a certain % dom
