i think that's the most beautiful part. i figure that if i become infirm and have to be put in a home, i'd rather believe i was a piratess sailing the spanish main and sexually enslaving men with my beauty and sexual prowess. much better than being miserable and aware of it. imagine the pure joy people, especially young men of a certain sense of humor, would get from it. and the women! the chuckles. not only am i happy, they're laughing their asses off, too. i gotta tell you, it sounds win-win to me.
Theory coming up... Insanity is something most regular folks have a tiny piece of. Those completely void of craziness are protected from the rest of us by being institutionalized.

I recon the world makes no sense.. which freaks people out.. so they try to make meaning of absolutley everything... heck they even teach the shit in universities... which makes the whole world insane... besides the people who are locked up (as Stinkfoot mentioned) who are just wallowing about in their aceptance of a mad world, and trying to make the most of it.
If you claim that everyone is insane, then you can just as easily claim that everyone is sane. Same difference. Silly argument.

I find the crazy to be very good people by and large. I wish more people thought that flouride was used for mind control, and the lochness monster was head of the NSA. It'd make seperating the truth from the fluff in the news easier and more entertaining. I myself have danced with lady insanity. I led.
