Does anyone else love that show? (on A&E channel) I'm not sure why, but i just love watching these crazy druggies. The last one i saw, the guy was on shrooms, trippin out to his techno beats. So funny, so fun to watch. I guess if you know the show, you know what i'm talking about. New episodes mondays at 9pm. Just wondering if anyone shares my passion...
Last episode I saw the dude was a big mescaline user and he was walking down the sidewalk and looks down and goes "Oooh mushrooms" picks up something off the ground and eats it. Then he spits it out and goes "maybey not" Turns out it was dried up dog poo. Ive seen the show a few times its pretty good.
The only time i saw it was about some really hard drug and was all depressing but the psychedelic episodes sound pretty interesting. Ill have to see if i can find a torrent for them.
i think i saw this episode too. and then the guy picks up nasty french fries off the ground and starts eating them. the last one i saw was the son of one of the members of three dog night. he went to rehab and shit but ended up in jail. it was sad one i love intervention though, it makes me just wanna stay away from drugs kinda lol the intervention part always makes me sad and stuff.. it's my least favorite part to watch.
crap! (hehe) i never saw that one skierdood! and most of the shows are usually about hard shit and are depressing, but for some reason i still enjoy it. like the one i was talking about the guy's main problem was with meth, but because of drug tests, he started getting into mushrooms and acid maybe (as they dont' show up).
what's three dog night? a band maybe? and yeah the intervention part is not the best. the fun part to watch is like the first half hour when they are just party hardy... this one guy on heroin just liked to shoot up and lay down. i mean every time he did it, he was just like "whooaa.....uhhhh, *eyes roll back*.....i'm just gonna lay down now...." makes me sound sick-in-the-head for liking this
three dog night is a band, yes and yeah i only really like the part where they show how fucked up they are and what they do and shit.
intervention is awesome...me and one of my friends get baked and watch it every week lol i also enjoy the new celebrity rehab on vh1 i always get reallly sad though when, sometimes, at the end they tell you that the person left rehab early and is using again
He did DXM not mescaline. That's gross I didn't know it was dog shit he put in his mouth. As a former DXM addict, I can say that he was beyond anybody I've ever seen act like while on DXM. His brain and liver must be fucked. Did it say he ended up staying sober at the end? I forget... One episode I'll never forget. It was two meth addicts. One lady had been addicted to meth for 12 years and injected it. She was fucking nuts, she had meth psychosis. Then this guy named Fabian was a meth head and alcoholic...I felt really bad for him. He had a very fucked up life.
I love this show, learning about drugs and addicts is my favorite thing to do so when this show came on, it was good. really depressing though but i love when they get help in the end, and those crackheads look GREAT when theyre clean. Keeps my ass away from hard drugs!
Good show.. sometimes they get some pretty fucked up people on the show. It's real interesting to watch, that's for sure.
Yea I love that show, and I love the interventionists or whatever you call them. The lady, and the younger guy I love! Some of the people I don't really care about, like that moron dxmer, or that doctor dj guy who drank like 18 beers a day or whatever. I watch all of them though. Actually that one with the dxm dude, and then the obese guy in the other half of the show.. I felt so sorry for him. His dad was such a fucking prick, and wasn't helping at all!! And what the hell were they all sitting their decorating cupcakes for?? I couldn't believe it! Yea I'm hooked on intervention. A new show tomorrow night yay.
uh i have no idea what you are talking about i just have a bunch of free on demand shit for digital cable....i have to use it most of the time since regular tv usually sucks
I watch it with my sister all the time... We pop open a beer, and settle down Have you guys seen that episode with the lady who used to be an interior designer, made like 200 grand a year, and now she works at some second-rate clothing shop because she's a barely-functioning alcoholic? She gets all drunk off a couple mini bottles of vodka, and goes nuts on her bedroom floor, crying and screaming... I don't feel sorry for those type of people because they know help is available, and everyone's trying to help them, but they bitch and moan and complain that everything's so unfair and why me, you know? Alcoholism's not a disease, it's a disorder... Big difference. There was that other episode with that 23 year old kid who used be like a friggin' child prodigy, he taught classes at UCLA at 15 or something, and he had a gambling problem, and he had spent like 200 grand in one year, and his mom paid it off. He was whining and thrashing on the bed, escaped from his rehab facility, and was living on the streets or something. It's sad to see such talent wasted by someone who is absolutely immune to getting help.
