Into the Wild

Has anyone seen this movie yet? How'd ya like it?
If not, I REALLY suggest you watch it.

I want to read the book next, I heard it's a lot more harsh than they make it seem in the movie. And of course, books are always better than the movies, imo

 

I saw Into The Wild when it was in theater. Its really well done. Great acting, great cinematography. Very interesting movie, its hard to get bored in this movie cuz something is always happening to the main character. Defiantly worth renting. Ya I bet the book is better im sure.

I liked the end, the way the final scence was made to look, but other than that I didnt enjoy the movie very much.

 

well i havent read the book but i seen the movie an all i gotta say is if that was truly based on his journals,,
WHAT A FUCKING IDIOT!!

he was the most unprepared,unskilled,unmotivated to survive IDIOT ive ever seen . no wonder the dumb ass starved to death in 3 months.. what a fuckin loser.


it was a fuckin comedy of errors ..

granted ive spent my whole life outdoors an he was green, but.. what a fucking idiot...

was a good movie i guess, kept us entertained going WHAT THE FUCK?? lol

 

A friend of mine recommended me the book, today. As soon as she's done I'll be reading it.

yeah, i gotta agree. good movie. good book.
main character commits a major act of hubris, but seems to be an idealist.
in many ways i can identify with the mccandless guy. (main character)
this is not a crowd pleaser, and there are no car chases, or things blowing up. hell he even makes reference to respectable writers/books. not a movie for the masses, but its' one of my recent favs.

i download lots of movies from stream sites, (this being one of them)
