My friend did a blunder. He had too much sex (4 times in a night) with an escort. He was drunk and horny and he even did cum inside. They slut wasn't worried as she cleaned herself. My friend didn't seem tensed even a little but I think it shouldn't have happened. Should he get himself checked?

as far as i know, the creampie itself doesn't increase odds of STD. but the fact that he had unprotected sex means that getting himself checked would be a good idea.
