This is a good one for the golden rule test (in fact, they all are). Ask yourself, If she saw you giving a massage to a girl at your work place, would she be pissed? If the answer is yes, then she is being disrespectful, and you need to call her out on it.

Also note, that I said ask yourself - (hopefully you know her well enough to be able to gauge her reaction). Don't bother asking her, because people will generally lie when it comes to hypothetical situations when they are used to illustrate their own bad behavior.
