is N.Y. state parole Communist??? i have proof it is

sorry this padge was gone a day.

well herer it goes. i till try to do this a lil more proper. and less jumbled.

ok well u decide if this is proof..and i have decided to include names. if they sue me they might get all of the 50 cents in my pocket...
so here it goes
my feonce was realeased from bedford hills state prision. on parole from a forgery charge. she had recived before me..and when she was age 16. she was now age 19 and 8 monthes pregnant. she was realeased to me and my parrents house. and her parole officer at that time was Christopher Lawrence . he seemed like a pretty nice guy till our son was born.
we named him Natas Michael Stevenson. and that outraged everyone around us. mr lawrence got very pissed at this name aswell he bitched crystal out about it and decided he didnt like me when crystal told him i named my son. after a little whille at my moms house she kicked us out. haveing no place to go. my friend scott was staying at a motel with this lady . so a police officer took us to this hotel where we spent the night. crystal then called the parole officer telling him where she was.
he then directed her to go to d.s.s and get wealfare immiditly. and then he showed up at our the hotel we were at within 20 minutes. i was in the office with my best friend scott .getting coffee. scotts girlfriend was cleaning rooms. we saw the parole officer and police officers when they showed up. we nicely walked him to the room letting him in. and then he searched me my friend scott and his girlfriends room .. without his girlfriends permission i might add.
then i go to d.s.s. with crystal and we find that mr lawrence has turned us in to c.p.c. for ..the hotel room beeing full of cigarette smoke and drug use around natas and ,our daughter destiney whoom was 15 monthes at the time. he then took crystal to the side tryed makeing her sighn a special condition form. that stated she would not be allowed any contact with me phone mail or anything..because of my drug use stateing that when he searched me he had found a marijuana pipe in my pocket. there was 2 police officers present and ther was no charge on me for that. not even a possesion charge. "because there was no marijuana pipe in my possesion" she refused to sighn that special condition . so he let it go . then takeing me to the side telling me basically not to rock the boat and all would be fine.
when i returned to hotel room d.s.s put us up in 2 doors down from scott. i called his supervisor in a uproar about beeing accused of haveing a marijuana pipe i didnt have...noone would listen. about 2 weeks passed and then again this parole officer shows up to our room . without police or anyone with him. banging on the door at 8 am or so.. and wakeing us up. i answered the door telling him to wait a minute so crystal could put some clothes on..he was ok with that.
we then let our mortal enimy in our hotel room and he walked around bitched a little and picked up a brand new plastic fuel filter. bought for my 72 vw micro bus. and said it was a marijuana pipe... i aruged that with him and he took it and left.. we got dressed and ready to go because I had a appointment with d.s.s. i left with my daughter only to get to the end of the driveway and meet with mr lawerences partner patrick glennon asking me and my daughter to return to the hotel room.. upon returning to room there was mr lawerence hee then searched the room again and found nothing .
he brought out the fuel filter he just took and it was gunky at the one end.. and said that that residue tested posative for t.h.c. at his office..
"gunk wasnt there when he took it" then c.p.c. shows up telling us mr lawrence called them stateing that we have tattoooed our children.. our room was full of smoke... and drug use ounce again.. lady checks out temp tattoo on my daughter and laughs and leaves. and then crystal is asked to go to his office and be there in 20 minutes.. it was a half hour walk there. so we walked the kids there in the cold . he then tells me to sit outside and wait. i wait a half a hour and crystal comes out crying her poor huge heart out showing me a papper he made her sighn or she would go back to prison..it was ounce again the special condition she had 18 houres to spend with me and the kids and then had to not see us for 2 yrs because of my suspected drug use... aparntly she failed a drug test aswell. beeing stressed out from parole officer i was told she smoked a joint with our friend katie to calm down.. i did not know about it.
so then i tell her i will work on this calling mr cook the head of parole and still getting nowhere. said i have to go or u get arrested..so the next day when our 18 houres run out i leave for ohio with my friend scott...i am there a month or so when i recive a phone call from crystal telling me she was first put in a womans shelter over night. and then at kevin youmans house where the parole officer placed her..where she was served beer and whisky and then raped by 2 men so she left ... not beliveing that parole officer would belive her she didnt even report..i came back to help her immidetly because she was also pregnant with my next child... after beeing at a safe house about 3 days her mom turned her in and parole officer cristopher lawerence and patrick glennon . show up where i advise her to turn herself in. when she gets outside mr lawrence proceds to throw her against car and shove her around after beeing told she was pregnant... they leave and ounce again call c.p.c. and tell them more lies... she then gets 90 days back in prison from the parole board..she is now in bedford hills state prison... before returning to prison she sends me the parole officers report...
here is where i learn about how Communist the parole department is.. in the report 1 of the things they are useing against her and me are and i quote. and a investigation shows that mr stevenson was involved in paganism and witchcraft. how can they use religion against her..espically a religion i am not...and so i move to st lawerence county from jefferson county and contact parole asking if i will be approved for her to come home to my family and hers...and before even talking to me they talk to cristopher lawrence and decide no because of what he tells them... now mr lawrence was investigated and well he still works for jefferson county parole.. and I was under the under standing that president bush says that family comes firs and kids come first...if this is true than parole is going against our presidents wishes...
was also turned into c.p.c. for trying to sacrafice my son in the woods.. and all other kinda lies like that... by cristopher lawrence.... whille in the hotel room so this is a strugle for me. here i am proud parrent raising 2 infants on my own.. currently have no welfare and do not want help from the state...but if she gets out dec 15 like she is supposed to and does not come home to her famile im sorry but it will have to be your tax dolors raising my children i will be out of money by then me and my parents pay cash for everything includeing formula . if she does get realeased home i will have a job waiting and will be able to supot my family without any help from this sick twisted state of NEW YORK OH YEAH NATAS.....SPELLS SATAN BACKWORDS...IT ALSO STATES THAT IN HER REPORT

Just edit it and seperate the different topics or ideas from the post into paragraphs. You also wrote in run-on sentances, so I would add some periods. For example at the beginning I woulda put:

I'm not sure if this is enough proof or not for u to decide but let me tell u a story and u decide for yourself. ok, here it goes. I'm 28 years old have not been convicted of a crime since 17. I'm not on parole and my fiance was released to me and my parent's house on parole. (etc..)

ok, i actually read all that. I realize you're in a very tight financial position, but you need to work out some way of affording legal counsel. You definitely wont get anywhere on your own.

to be perfectely honest, your senator isn't going to help with a damn thing. I'm not sure what exactly what you want to happen, but you'll almost certainly need an attorney working for you.

 

I would not lived there even if you pay me. Dirty, The home of the original Gangs, extremly high rent, corrupt cops and mobs,crime, i could go on . and this goes back to the mid 50s thru today. the last thing i would worry is communist in NY.

You need some legal counsel, even if it is a public defender. Exercise your rights. Most of the time these cops and prosecutors operate on the assumption that you wont be exercising your rights, because most poor people don't. Most aren't even fully aware of their rights and succumb to prosecutor pressure to just quickly plead no contest for your crime for a "reduced sentance".

 

As a person who lives in NY I take offence!!! NYS is not like that at all. I mean the city is not great but most of NY is filled with lush forests, beautiful mountains, and lakes.

You definitely need legal help! You can try NY Lawyers for Public Interest ph# 1-212-244-4654. A better resource is the Urban Justice Center ph# 646-602-5600 They are located in NYC but they do take cases throughout NY. Most of these groups have lost a lot of their funding, so they may not be able to help. However, it does not hurt to call them. If the Urban Justice Center is able and willing to help you, they will be a powerful resources. They are staffed by top notch attorneys and provide services for free.

wait a min are you saying she went to a state prison for a crime she committed when she was 16?? thats fu##$%%ed !! any how the parol officer had the authurity to revoc her parol becaus of the positive drug test but if you have paper work from the department of childrens servises that says he said these thing about you and he cant prove them then a decent attorrny could probably get him atleast reprimanded (dont expect anything more) and your girl freind a new p.o. when she gets out and make sure you can be together if i were you i would get a verifiable job now and keep it!! if you cant afford a attorny do like that one poster suggested and contact leagl services good luck!!

 

In general you are correct that a PO can violate a person for testing dirty however, it is unusual for them to do so for one slip. They will usually mandate rehab or some other more intensive treatment first. Even the worst of the public defenders should have been able to prevent her from going back to jail on one dirty test. I suspect there is more to the story than we were told.

oh yeah had a parole officer come to my house a mr mathew dailey thursday at 1;00 and examin my house he took pictures and everything..he seemed pretty nice but was he just a wolf in sheeps clothing? we will find out... he said i stood a fair chance of her comeing home to her family dec 15 "meaning me and our kids" but he couldent tell me for sure...if not i goina call the pappers the t.v. stations show all of them the pappers useing the fact that we were supposidly pagan against us and file a law suit...what scares me most is the fact he told me he was friends with the last parole officer for 7 years will keep everyone updated

 

you could definitely kill this whole thing with a lawsuit and if nys is as fucked as it sounds then with a good lawyer you could appeal and take it higher. basically dont try to do this thing on your own. get a good lawyer to take care of it. any money you spend would be well worth it there are always people willing to lend money for this sort of thing if you need it. good luck.
