So I'm new here and if this is being posting in the wrong section please let me know... So my friend made a water bong (I think that's the name) and he used a zebra pen casing to make a down stem. It's pretty much like a mini bowl made of metal, probably aluminum, right? Does this cause any damage to the brain? what are your thoughts? thanks, skills
Errmm smoking aluminum causes Alzheimer's .. I've used it all before though. Just don't make it a habit go get a piece sometime
alright thanks guys, I think I'm done hittin from that it's making me cough like crazy. no more. haha. peace, sKill
from what ive heard aluminum only causes Alzheimer's when it's heated to a temperature over the one that your burning marijuana at .. so it is safe if you don't much (from what i've heard)
Yes well if you take a lighter to foil it will start to disintegrate ... That's a nono if it breaks down very very bad
the metal casing did not even bend, and it wasn't getting any thinner so I don't think the metal/alloy used to make the pen did any damage, but i tossed it because i thought it was making me feel funny. haha. thanks for all the responses! sKill
haha i would have tossed it too there are better alternatives than aluminum but if its all you can get its all you can get...
Glass or hardwood works well.I've used brass ,but couldn't say if it's bad for you or not. Some of the new pipes I've seen lately are electroplated crap. They smoke well for about a month then become a rust bucket.
Depends. The fire safe papers (technically, all of them now) are VERY bad for you.... They even taste bad. It's lines of carpet glue on the paper that are supposed to slow it, although, it doesn't work anyways. I THINK that watermarked papers, like zig~zag or RAW are safe, and that watermarking counts as firesafe..... but I could be wrong, maybe now they just draw the zig~zag man with carpet glue, instead of water
