For selling bongs on the internet, when searched after the arrest they found weed in his house. Of couse he is gonna have weed in his house, he is tommy fucking chong.

Apparently the police were granted a search warrant because Chong signed a bong they bought. At least he's out now, chongin' it up right now I'm sure! hehe.

Poor Tommy. He lost his job on That 70s Show and a reunion movie with Cheech Marin over this. It is Just bongs.....which are not illegal in many places. I wonder if his lawyers looked into the legality of the search warrent.

yeah tommy chongs free as a bee for now. right after he got out he was on leno and that was probably the best talk show episode ive ever seen. chong just got out of prison, but he was joking about it, and was really good about it. then he started talking about how how cheech and chong were doing a reunion movie called disjointed, then talked about how cheech never visited him in prison. then all of a sudden you hear 'hey man' and cheech walsk out. then they started talking about their new movie, and i hear that in it they get baked and discover some strain of herb cures hair loss, but they were so ripped they forgot which one it was. so, they go around trying everything out. meanwhile, pharmaceutical companies are chasing them trying to get the cure to hair loss, and the dea/police are chasing them as always but never get them. it actually sounds pretty cool.

Neither were a threat to you, me or anyone else. And Martha did NOT go to prison for "screwing" with Wall Street. She supposedly lied to a commision about changing a note on her computer about a stock deal. The Feds knew they couldn't make the insider dealing rap stick, so they got her on something similar to what they got Clinton. Lying to a question which shouldn't even have been asked.

 

Not only is he free, he's also making a reunion movie!!! It blows my mind that guy still smokes, the amount of pot and acid he did back in the day probably burned the shit out of his brain haha

i talked to tommy chong on the radio a few months back...he is a really cool cat. we totally chewed out man!

 

Last weekend I watched the movie "Far Out Man" staring Tommy Chong, his daughter Rae Dawn & his son Paris.

 

I didnt kno he got out, but i dont really listen to main stream media either. Well im glad hes out and to hear about a new movie...

 

John Ashcroft is a good part of the reason Tommy got put in jail to begin with.

 

Asscroft(oops I mean Ashcroft) sucks but this Alberto Gonzales guy is even worse. I read somewhere that the (in)Justice Dept spent $50 million on their "Anti Bong" crack down. What a waste....
