The problem is that people look at this conflict like it is some kind of goddamned war game that you have to win or lose. If the Israelis and Palestinians tried to work toward a real peace instead of some militarily advantageous position, the war could be over. But of course Israel has to show its dominance over the Palestinians as this military posturing against Iran and the Palestinians insist that they have to wage a crusade against Judaism in the Middle East. They don't connect it with the fact that people are actually dying in this conflict, and global radicals are egging it on like it's some kind of contest.

What other than Heresy would cause the words of Christ lead his Disciples to Stone Judas for repeating them?

Makes a bit more sense as to why the Disciples said Thomas doubted Christ's teachings, he was the only one Jesus trusted enough to "splain things to" knowing full well they would have Stoned Jesus too, would have made them feel less special, < a snowflake and that would have deprived them of their Oxytocin bump Jews probably get when they think about God and their "special arrangement".

America should not give money or military support to any middle eastern nation. America should give nothing to Israel, Palestine, Egypt, or any other middle eastern nation and America should just not get involved with any of the conflicts over there. The people of the middle east should be left to solve their issues on their own.

Fritz I agree with you about the need for alternative resources to oil but oil has nothing to do with the USA government aid to Israel. The Israel lobby and jewish businessmen give lots of money to the campaigns of USA politicians and in return those politicians sign over billions of taxpayer dollars to Israel.

I am not faulting certain members of the jewish community for doing this. They see Israel as a place they can go as a sanctuary in case things get bad for them in other countries just like what happened in Germany. However it is not the job of the USA government to cater to the needs of particular ethnic groups or races of people. If the jewish community wants a homeland they should be relying only on themselves for that instead of trying to get America to be their bodygaurd.

The thing with Israel is that it has been built at the expense of the native Arab population. And these Arabs now known as Palestinians have legitimate grievances. The Palestinians have legitimate grievances and the Zionist Jews had legitimate concerns for wanting a jewish homeland. Both parties have valid concerns and both parties are abusing each other. There is no right or wrong side to this issue there are just different sides with different concerns.

America should not support either side. They should be left to figure things out on their own. If they can make peace that is the best situation. If they cannot make peace than oh well that is sad but this situation is not Americas fight. America should not get involved. The jewish community in America is an integral part of the greater American community and they are true fellow Americans so in me talking about why America supports Israel I was not trying to cast aspersions onto the jewish community in America. They are members of the American community and jews who are citizens of America have America as their motherland.
