    ...but, I am out.

How the Christians can continually use logical fallacies is obvious. But, the last straw for me was the "free will" argument. Apparently, no Christian GETS IT or wants to GET IT, that if "God" KNOWS what will happen, you MUST do that, otherwise he would know you were going to change your mind, and thus, STILL KNOW what you were going to choose. The remarkable thing is that Christians still believe that choice is not determined in advance...ok...whatever.

I have had a good time debating, but I have more important things to do now. I am working on a book and trying to make a little extra money on the side.

I will continue to visit HipForums constantly, but I am going to avoid this area for a while.

I love you all, but I am afraid I am going to leave you in Fuzzy's care (good hands!), I refuse to walk through this maze of frustration going nowhere.

I figure some of you will comment on this thread, and I may or may not respond to you, but only here. And please...don't try to get me to debate...not on this thread. I won't.

Take care Libertine... it was nice talking to you despite our differences...

Here is one last verse for old times sake... ; )

"The LORD is a refuge for the oppressed,
a stronghold in times of trouble.
Those who know your name will trust in you,
for you, LORD, have never forsaken those who seek you" (Psalms 9:9,10).

Well Lib, I will miss reading your posts. Even though I don't agree with some of it, I enjoyed the very thought-provoking questions you posed and just general intelligent observations.

I understand why you're leaving tho, I left this forum over a year ago and haven't really "come back" since, there's just too much bullpoo for my liking. I try every now and then to get involved but it's the same ol same ol crapadoo all the time, so it feels pointless. And I don't mean just the views opposing, but just the immaturity and hotheadedness involved with nearly every single thread. While you can be rough on Christians, at least you don't bullpoo around. :)

    Adios, dude!

Hey I'm a Christian! ;) But I mean bullpoo from BOTH sides. I'm honestly disappointed in many of my "Christian bretheren" on this forum but same goes for anyone else that joins in on the crap.

Who said I was lonely? "Lonely" and "Alone" have entirely different meanings. It's not always bad to be alone. Look them up. :)
