New Jersey was probably the greatest glam metal album of the 80's, that's why. Just because you don't like it doesn't make it metal. Also, Between the Buried and Me are the best band on that list.
Bon Jovi is not metal. He's a pop star. He isn't even heavy enough to be considered "glam metal" which sucks anyway. I thought you might be able to hold a serious discussion about metal music.... I was dead wrong... Btbam..... bwhahahaha. Kiddie music.
all glam metal is pop metal, that's the entire point. besides, richie sambora is one of the best guitarists in rock.
metal is a sub genre of rock, and face it, glam metal is metal, it's as much metal as thrash metal is and considering it has more fans then thrash metal who will call it metal, it can be argued it is in fact the true metal while thrash metal is something else. Musically hair metal does have much more in common to the hard rock bands of the 70's that were originally called metal. So either metal is an umbrella term of it is in fact thrash that is not metal and needs it's own category. the prosecution rests it's case.
haha! Maiden.. i remember first seeing an album cover by Maiden when i was a kid and going "oh my god.. the album cover looks so hardcore..." then i listened to them.. and went WTF!... seriously.. sounded like a eunuch being sodomized... pure shit music
