I looked up the meanings for Jason: God is my savior, healer, treasurer

its a done deal.....unless I find something i like more

 

I LOVE that middle name...unique, and it just rolls off your tongue...Aurelius....sounds sophisticated and artsy.

I like original names and Jason sure is not.

 

Jake is the name of my favorite dog.
Don't be offended, he's a border collie, smart, sweet, a little neurotic...All around totally loveable. Loyal, trustworthy, definetly a best friend.
That, & ppl never name their babies solely based on others opinions anyhow.

Nope not me, I never got to name my Jake... so it's all good (and kept in mind for the next pet)

 

well, i'd like my child's employment applications to make it past the first screening so I choose to name him something that can't racially identify him

 

Why not make the middle name the first name? It's much better.

 

i guess I just think that the exotic should be reserved for middle names

easier to yell at the kid "jaaasoon!! what did you put in this toliet!!!!"

although I guess I could call him "rell"

Haha. Yeah you could shorten it. In either case, that name is great.

OMG she refered to you as Mrs. F, I never knew she was married to Mr.Furrley (Don Knotts) lol

 

he's due Nov. 3rd but he'll be here before then cause I have a great doctor. he will induce once its safe if you want....and I'm already tired of being pregnant so I know I'll want

 

Jason reminds me of the mythical Jason and the argos

and Aurelius reminds me of Marcus Aurelius




so really, thats a very classical Greek and Roman Name. Or maybe Im just a big history nerd here.


Anyways, I like it.

Ive always liked the name Jake (Jacob) and would consider calling my kid that.
