heyy all- i just wanted to tell you that jazz fest (new orleans) starts april 28 i think and there are going to be a lot of really good bands so if you can you should make the trip- it goes for 3 weekends i think and its ab 18 a day or you can get a weekend pass. aside from the music theres all kinda of crafts to buy and foods to experience. thats it, peace
mann...how I love that town. I have yet to make to fer jazz fest and this year won't see me down there either ~langnappe~ been 13years since I've wandered that way. Someone told me cafe du monde burned down, say it ain't so. Did they rebuild it? I couldnt imagine sunrise without having been there for my lil breakfast treat before sleeping
yeah there was a bad fire but it didnt burn all the way down and it has been remodeled- i dont know what id do without my cafe du monde. they also have opened more of them all over the city now
