Today I was riding in the car with my father and he plays this band called Jesus and the Mary Chain and now they're like my favorite band. They're from Scotland they're pretty good. I don't know what song I was listening too but I'm going to buy some of their albums. Anyone else heard of them. Here is one of there songs.

The song has embedded disable by request so you'll have to watch on YouTube.

I'm from England and I hadn't heard of them until my boyfriend at the time made a mix CD (in...2004ish) that had Just Like Honey on it. It was on the Lost In Translation soundtrack too.

I only know their HIT song, and I can't think of the name of that. But thanks for suggesting I look further into this little known band.

J&MC are waaaayyyy more interesting than the Cure... but sometimes the feedback is a bit much, I gotta admit.

    I wouldn't exactly call them little-known, though...

I listen to Psychocandy mostly just for "Just Like Honey". My favorite JM&C album, as a whole, would have to be Darklands.
