What kind of glue should i use to bond metal to polished stone. My favorite necklace broke and i finally got this Gorilla Glue for it, that is supposed to work miracles on every surface type. Well it worked nicely on my chin, which i somehow managed to glue, but the rock will absolutely not stay in the metal hold. You're supposed to clamp it for like 4 hours, but with jewlery it's like barely possible. I'm pissed. Help!!!

sometimes normal craft glue will work. I mades some earrings out of metal, stone and glue.
otherwise look out for anything that dries clear. Use sticky tape or masking tape to clamp it - you can peel it off when it dries.

5 minute epoxy works better than E6000. Reason being... E6000 is silicon based. I know this personally. Don't buy epoxy that mixes while coming out. You will end up with an unusable portion of epoxy. I think this "mixing tip" idea should not be on the market. Do not get the 2 minute epoxy... it sets faster and is weaker than the 5 minute epoxy. Just speaking from experience.
