Newsnight produce a programme about Jimmy Savile and that he had groomed and abused underage girls through much of his 40-year career. Then drop it because the there was not blame to attache to the police. Instead a tribute was later broadcast.

    #bad taste in my mouth.

When I look at old footage of him he does kinda creep me out.

Someone on my twatter twatted. "if it looks like a peado, it's probably a peado", which is a dangerous generalisation but in this case was so completely right. The guy was just creepy from start to finish. How jim'l fix it was ever popular I'll never know. But then it was before my time. I just hope there are more exposures of this kind, purely to make peados think twice about abusing children. It's high time the laws where changed to be more severe for such a thing since it's basically torture and kidnapping, both crimes would receive a harder sentence than just peadophilia alone

There are supposed to be some more high profile arrests on the way.
It won't stop this type of behaviour.
It might prevent it occurring in public institutions etc.
