It should be noted the American prison system is basically the most brutal in the first world and is routinely criticized by human rights groups.

And I watched a show about the worst prisons in the world, and they had a Peruvian prison on there. He is where he belongs if you ask me. Too bad 35 years is the max he can get in Peru, that sick son of a bitch.

Of all of the "Locked Up Abroad" shows on NatGeo, I would have to say Venezuela had the worst prison,anyone else see it?
