ive just got back from the phisio who told me ive definatly got symphasis pubis disorder. im going to be on crutches for the next 14 weeks. yay. im 26 weeks now and i cant even walk into town which is 5 minutes away before im in agony. ive got these two huge support belts to wear to help but they are so hot and right now im really not a happy mom to be. sorry for the rant people. anyone else out there had this or haveany tips to make it bearable?

its a condition where the loosning of the pelvic ligaments that let the baby be born goes into overdrive and happens too early, resulting in the two bones that join at the front of the pelvis rubbing together and hurting like hell pretty much all the time...they hurt when i walk, they hurt when i lay in bed, they hurt when i sit on a chair...lol, i guess you gotta laugh right.
