you wernt "robbed" you were ripped off on a drug deal, its referred to as a play on stupidity.. you figure that one out..

you were wrong for turnin them in imo, doesnt matter that they had warrants, you didnt know that at the time, and even if you did it was your problem, you should not have involved the law..

if ya cant play the game the way the unwritten code dictates, you have no business in it..

what you did was just plain wrong...

an ya better hope he dont know you ratted him out,2 years gos by really quick...

I read your other post, but I didn't see where you decided to turn them in. I didn't read past page 1 though cause your story was long enough! But at least you won't be gullable next time. I've gotten ripped off a few times too. I don't have time to talk about it now though. But I'm glad those guys got in trouble!!!

So I guess you belive in "eye for an eye" then..

He's a young kid with an even younger family member. He goes into a bad part of town to score some drugs. His first mistake was just walking up to random people asking them for pot. Usually cops are trolling those low income areas anyway.

But I still think he did the right thing by turning them in. They are assholes taking advantage of young kids.. They sound like morons anyway who would be better off locked up for awhile.

Those kind of people aren't going to track some kid down when they get out of jail over that bullshit. I wouldn't worry him.

Gotta' agree with Hippy. You got jacked, deal with it. When you play the game, you sometimes get burned. I know I have been burned in the past. Yeah, they were most definitely scumbags, but what were you really expecting?

you do realise, that even tho the guys did not directly rob me, the story you read was the story i told the cops (obviously not the fact i was buying drugs tho).

they made verbal threats and even physical threats, which when combined with "asking" for money, is actually considered a robbery. he may have punked me of $30 and 2 bikes, but after he made the threats, he asked for $3.00, which in the court of law is considered robbery (that's what the 344 CCC is). also he had a knife which makes it an armed robbery.

now the fact that your telling me i'm in the wrong just pisses me off, cause you were not there, you were not robbed, and for fuck sakes, read up on the godamn law before you make your own assumptions.

Oh yeah, you're out 33$. He's in jail for 2 years. Like Hippy said, he's gonna' be looking for some payback. It would have been best to just chalk the situation up to an experience and let it go.

So the cops weren't curious as to why a person your age was dealing with them?

the cops can wonder all they want, but there was no solid evidence to prove that we were purchasing drugs from them.

All the op had to say in the beginning was that they had their bikes locked up while at the place to use internet and when they came out they were gone. People generally don't call the cops for stolen bikes anymore because they have a very low possibility of showing up. Then all you would need to do is not let your parents know that you suddenly don't have any money. If you knew your parents would react this way, then you shouldn't have told them that story.

wow what the fuck is your problem? so what we were looking for some acid, that's not harming anyone? the guy stole 2 bikes, and $33 from us. don't be calling me a crybaby kid, because i'm not the guy who called the cops in the first place, it was my parents.

so please go fuck off cause you have no idea what the fuck went on. you weren't there, you weren't robbed, and you don't fucking no shit.

I still think you did the right thing.. Those men sound like low life drunks. I think society will be better off without them. Besides they already had warrants..

Plus it's not just the 33 bucks, it's the bikes too.

You know what?? I'm not done here..

First of all the age factor does matter because he can chalk up this crap to being just a "young punk." That goes for the cop's view, and the parent's view. There are plenty of cops around here who are willing to overlook a lot of stuff. Especially when they've got bigger problems to deal with. Which would be those drunks with warrants.

And second of all these guys he's describing don't sound like your average joe. They sound to me like low life drunks that have nothing better to do than fuck with a couple of young pot heads. They might have seriously hurt or killed them that night. The smartest thing morris did was letting that second one steal the other bike and the 3 bucks. Cause at that point you've got nothin' to lose but your life.

If they were a couple of homies hangin' around and decided to rip a couple of punks off for kicks than I could see not wanting to fuck with them, but they aren't. They are poor ass shitty drunks who have nothing better to do than steal a few bucks for their head.

An eye for an eye leaves the world blind.

Edit: another thing: there were no drugs involved. Those guys probably were never going to lead morris to this supposed drug dealers place. It was all a ruse in the first place to take advantage of a couple of punks. So they deserve what they got. And since there are no drugs involved who cares what you or they tell the authorities? They don't have anything to bust morris on.

    wow.

okay i read the whole story, but ima have to jump on the bandwagon here.

thats fucked up. what the hell posessed you to go to the ghetto for drugs? your fucking 16. fuck I turn 18 in 2 weeks and im not necessarily a small kid, and i still stay the fuck outta the ghetto areas of buffalo, like the east side and shit. ya kno why? because thats what happens to young white kids tryin to score dope in the city- it doesnt often work out too good.

this entire plan to score drugs was YOUR fucking idea. the black market is just that- a hotbed of illegal activities, it is by no means safe or regulated- people are in it for money and highs and will not hesitate to fuck you up for either (or both) of the two.

and what the fuck possesed you to bring your FOURTEEN YEAR OLD cousin on your little drug-run escapade through a ghetto ass area? a 16 and a 14 year old looking to buy drugs in the hood... fuck your lucky they didnt rob everything from you, including the clothes on your back. also, in your story you said you noticed how fucked up the area was as soon as you showed up... did that not make you think "hmm, maybe we should NOT ask random people to buy us drugs here?"

it was your choice to go, you scoped it out, and it was your choice to stay. you shoulda manned up and realized that before you went and snitched- seriously running to the cops is a baaddd habit to have man. besides, its 33$.... wtf? 33$ aint shit... that guys in jail for 2 years, and your only out 33$ and 2 bikes. big fucking deal- life goes on.

you follow some guidelines when you try to buy drugs; the one at the top of that list is NEVER snitch. if you cant handle that- dont be involved with the shit. this is why you go through people you know and trust, and you buy from them directly. this way, the shisty dealers dont get the opportunity to pull that shit, and thus dont get narced on and end up in jail, and thus the whole drug system runs smoother. if that guy had a warrant, thats his business... YOU went to him to buy drugs, you fucked yourself by fucking with the wrong people.

seriously that is really fucked up man. and dont get me wrong- i know thats tremendously shitty what haopend to you; i feel your pain bro. but honestly.. you lost 33$ and 2 bikes... be thankful you didnt loose your 14 year old cousin. and that coulda happened man. not long ago in buffalo, two white teens tried to buy drugs in the ridge road projects and they were jumped. when the one of them tried to fight- he was shot and killed. the other kid got out with a broken jaw and 2 broken ribs.

if you wanna be fucking around with drugs, know how it works. you dont trust people you never met to get you drugs, especially not in sketchy areas. regardless of how bad you wanna get fucked up- you just dont. patience. and by not asking strangers for mushrooms and pot- you are obviously not gonna end up getting robbed.

so you gotta count your blessings, take a lesson learned and move on. and hope that dude isnt too pissed when he gets outta jail in a couple years.

Involved your mommy and daddy too? Hahaha!! Such a big boy. The point Hippy was trying to make is that you felt big enough to make an ILLEGAL drug deal, deal with the consequences when you are making ILLEGAL DRUG TRANSACTIONS. Don't come off like a TOTAL victim dude. Yeah, it sucks that these scumbags ripped you off...but you're not totally innocent. They didn't come to you. Drug dealers aren't always mello people that sell something that gets you off. Sometimes they are CRIMINALS. What a fuckin' coincedence, eh?
