Well now I'm back again from my trip to Oslo. And I have to say that it is one of Skandinavia's most charming cities and has one of the most recomandable restaurants I've ever been in: BACCHUS

And here's my question: Can anyone tell me the recipe of their delicous KALUA CAKE??? (I've also seen them in the Deli deLuca shops, so I thought it is a very common Cake in Oslo/Norway)

I know I'm not in the travelling forum, but really, Oslo is such a nice city with such friendly people. For example: I was in the Norsk Folkemuseum and there was an old woman which made pillow lace and we got into conversation. And then she asked me whether I can knit, but I wanted to answer that I can only crochet, but I didn't know the word so I said it in German: Häkeln... and she answered "ahhh, hekling" (I don't know how to write it in correct norwegian) and it was really nice to see that there are some german and norwegian words which are still similar
