I have 3 year old locs. I have recently started working out. Right now, it's too cold to wash my hair after each work out. What can I do to keep my hair fresh without washing it every day?

Tricky one. You could get an old spray bottle (like the hairdressers have), put salt water, lemon juice, general nice stuff in. A light misty spray every now and then might help?

    Just an idea

I hate getting my dreads wet, so at the moment, every morning I use a wet flannel (wash cloth) to scrub my scalp and loose hairs, let it dry, looks shiny and clean. Probably cleans it enough too. I can't remember the last time I washed my dreads properly, but I don't really need to with this flannel thing ^^

I sweat the fuck out of them at the gym and they don't bother me, still just wash 1 - 2 times a week.

Dv, i think you might have just changed the whole washing game.

You just created one of those, "damn! Why didn't I think of that?" lines in my head.

definitely do NOT do this, it dries the shit out of your hair and causes breakage over time
