My brothers were awoken by their landlord this morning. They've been down on 2 months rent, and now she (the landlord) is threatening eviction (without a notice)... She also says that they owe her 3,000$... from only 2 months rent? that should be like 600 at most. She is stereotyping my brothers, the long haired, hip type... shes hoping my brothers wont know the law. they called her up and she said she could put whatever amount see wants as the fee as long as its "appropriate"...

So now that she is charging 2,400$ more than she should, they have to pay for an attorney and actually take this matter to court...

What a fucking ****! I used to live with my bros, and when we went to meet this bitch she had a star of david around her neck... why must jews always live up to their stereotype of being money grubbing assfucks?

So now I shall listen to "the coup - kill my landlord" in salute to all the fucking landlords out there who deserve to die.

It seems to me you're telling a very one-sided story here. Is this the first time they've missed rent? Did they sign a lease? Have you even read the contract?

Almost all Landlords I've dealt with are assholes, but they have to be if they want to make money. I've seen nice landlords get fucked by people just because the tenants knew they could get away with it. This world revolves around money, and if people don't get paid for services they render they don't want you.

The only way around this buying your own house, but then you have to put up with banks which believe me are worse than your little scenario here.

 

It seems to me you are a dumbass trying to offer your opinion in a situation you know nothing about. The landlord fucked up, its not the first time either. Shes done shit like this before... and guess what... my name is still on the summons and I moved out LONG ago... the landlord has constantly gotten her figures wrong.

I can't feel sorry for ya. Pay your fuckin' bills. Her income depends on people like you to pay her. You signed something agreeing to, you haven't and now she's getting what she deserves. Why should she wait around and put up with dumbass excuses?

I know that sounds incredilby bitchy but I'm friends with a few landlords and they've heard it all, man. They want their rent because that's what puts food on thier table.

 

Think about it this way. You have a job and you don't get paid for 2 weeks and your boss just gives you some dumbass excuse about why he doesn't have the money. You'd quit your job and take him to court to get paid, and make him pay court fees. you wouldn't wait around week after week to get your check. You gotta pay bills and eat.

True pay your bills... It suck for your brothers.. but its also unfair for them not to pay their bills... And if shes so crazy and doesnt do things shes supposed to why not move out completely... all of you.. Its their own fault for staying there... Pay the Bill... Be grown ups....

 

She cant do shit. she HAS to put an eviction notice up and even when she does your brothers have 90 days until they have to leave. HA what a dumb fucking jew. (no offense) Im not sure if she can raise the what they owe but I will look into that for you. Tell your brothers not to hire a lawyer just yet instead call a bunch and ask them their advice and see what they can do.
