i've just read about King Crimson's meaning and i'm still shoked! They were really amazing, even though sometimes it's difficult to understand the experimental side. But each of their lps is a masterpiece!
i love king crimson. They are just amazing. They have brilliant arrangements.Robert Fripp is fucking crazy
Robert Fripp, John Wetton, Bill Bruford, Jamie Muir. Favorite bass player, second favorite guitarist, favorite drummer, most unique percussionist anywhere anytime. Never anything like it before, nothing ever like it again. I believe Larks' Tongues in Aspic is the climax of all music in history, drawing from many genres and from five very intelligent individuals to create a beautiful range of soundscapes and creative images using otherwise ordinary rigs that pretty much every garage band has.
Court of the Crimson King(Some Crim alums and others you'll recognize) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zHkisNZH77Y and another gem: King Crimson "Elephant Talk" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tZbOdgevxDE
What meaning is this, that is so shocking? I love King Crimson, and Proggyman you could not be more right! Fallen Angel = :O Moonchild also!
King Crimson definently rocks. I remember hearing Elephant Talk one day at a party, blew my mind. Then Frame By Frame came on, brilliant, absolutely.
I saw them play live twice. First time was the Marquee in London, summer 1968 Second time was the Showbox in Seatte 1982 Those were two of the best shows I've ever seen.
