Labrinyth...The Cube....and Dark Crystal

I'm a weird person, and I prefer movies with a weird , exotic twist.

I like labrinyth but never heard of the others.

cube is a fantastic movie

have you seen the sequel, cube 2: hypercube? twas not as good but i liked it nonetheless

 

I have not seen the cube but the the other two I have watched since I was about 6. They are two of my favorite movies.

 

I have not seen The Cube, nor have I seen Dark Crystal yet. I own the Labyrinth and the movie's soundtrack.

 

The labyrinth is cool because David Bowie is in it!

 

I have copies of all three. They've come out with Cube 2. My fav though is Labrynth

 

oh, I love the Labyrinth, quite like Cube, and have never seen Dark Crystal. However, we used to have the picture book when I was a little girl and the drawings used to terrify me...

If you're looking for weird movies, search a few around Japanese cinema, and especially "Suicide Club" and "Kairo". Great movies.

Anyway I love those three movies.

 

I kinda like Labyrinth, I named one of our puppies Ambrosius `cause of this movie. There´s this dog in that red jacket, right, and he´s riding on that other dog, right, and this dog´s called Ambrosius! And when the red jacket dog calls out the name it sounds so cool. That´s why!

Enjoyed the Dark Crystal, but haven't seen the other two. Like many of you, I loved Jim Henson-thought he was a visionary! Unfortunately, now his company has been sold to Disney, which he declined to do on many occasions when he was alive. It won't ever be the same .

 

The Labyrinth has always been one of my favorite movies. My favorite part is when Sarah meets that little worm and he says, "Ello!" Sarah says, "Did you just say Hello?" Worm says, "No, I said Ello, but close enough." hahaha! I love that part! Last year I watched the movie again and I saw in it this whole allegory for life. heh.
And I love Cube! Very groovy! But the sequal wasn't as good.

I love Davy Bowie! I spent like 2 hours dressing up like him in this movie after I saw it the last time!

 

i saw Labrinyth in the movies as a kid, AWESOME FLICK, have to rent it sometime soon as i'd love to see it again. Dark Crystal was awesome too
i didn't like Cube all to much though,but i saw it on the sci-fi channel so i'm assuming it was pretty much chopped up, and never saw the sequel

 

I loved the cube. one of the most claustrophobic movies i've ever seen. Me and a friend used to watch it in the pitch dark with all the curtains drawn, and then laugh at how , come the end you feel like you've been in the cube with those poor bastards.

Even had a Cube challenge to see if anyone could watch it twice without a break but no-one could handle it.

Cube2 wasn't as good but it still had the evil cube atmosphere.

 

OO!, The Dark Crystal is a beauty film + I've even got the original comics of the movie . Labirynth isn't too bad either + is a laugh . Never heard of the cube though. Although i love Borg cubes lol.

I do love other puppet stuff like 'Star Fleet' + fantasy movies though like 'A company of wolves' + horror movies too. I ESP, like ' Psychomania ' though, a good balance of biker / hippy / gore + magic in it .

 

These are some of my favorite films. I am now getting my four year old nephews to watch them and they love especially "The Labrinyth". It is funny because they call the film The Goblin King.
