Lightbulb Vaporizer

I made a pretty good one, Do these work or should i just use my pipe. I wanted to ask before tryin it. it looks just like this:

Damn, Oh well. I tryed out and it works really good i put like a pinch in and i got pretty damn high i smoked it till it was black, The smoke is like a light mist you can barely see it but it gets you pretty damn high.Saves alota weed.

Thats well cool man. My m8 has one that he bought from a shop but it was the same shape as a light bulb had a big rubber bit with a glass tube attached to stick on the end of the vapouriser but its got a tiny crack in it not i think someone dropped it so we're a bit unsure about using it does anyone know if a crack in the glass will cause it to explode or anythin like that?

 

I dont think it would explode it might crack a little more but i dont think so.

 

normal lightbulbs explode because of the gass inside and teh pressure difference.


as long as u let it cool slowly after using it, and dont let it near water n stuff when its hot, then it should be fine.

waht do you heat it over? the stove? or a lighter?

hahah i made one of those with a straw and all that shit no man it sucked it didnt vaporize it it jsut like burned it as sually waste of time and i broke liek 3 light bullbs trying to make it

I made one out of a lightbulb once, and the glass kept on cracking until it eventually broke.

 

Yeah I think he's right, how does it burn it to the right degree????? (which is 400 F, I think)

 

i use a lightbulb vaporizer everyday...ir rocks...it just takes longer for it to kick in

 

you hold the lighter away from the bulb to control the temp....a candle would seam better though


and the light bulb design is for if you have no other means to vaporize

 

you probbly light it to long. it takes about 10 - 20 seconds of heat
if you see any smoke than you light it to long

 

use a 100w lightbulb they can take mor heat than the lesser wattage bulbs

 

it is the right tempature with a candle or lighter because of conduction heating.
conduction heating is the convaying of heat from the flame through the medium(the lightbulb) to the weed
the lighter is not directly put on the substance. it heats the lightbulb for a short amount of time and thus creates about the correct amout of heat for vaporization

 

Ok, so how do you know when you've killed the weed since it doesn't burn?
