Local Marijuana Terminology

Hey, i dunno if any one else ever notices this, but when im ever chilling/blazing with a group of people that live in a different area than me, i notice that they often have there own terminology (lingo) for different marijuana related things. I live in a small town in the country about half an hour north of Toronto, Ontario Canada. Here is some of my town's marijuana terminology:

-Sesh Pape (session paper): a peice of paper folded up to hold the smoker's weed inside.


-Sesh (or Session): A marijuana smoking period. (ex. Lets go smoke a sesh dude)


-Brew: The smoking of a bong


-Brew-Time: A bong smoking session. (ex. Its Brew Time!)

-B: Bong


Does anyone living in different areas use there terms???

uh i live in rhode island and i have never heard any of that (my dad proly has idk hes canadian) but i can post some of my friends "lingo"

Odie- a joint, a play off the word "bone" ("hey lets light odie on fire") p.s. for those who are confused Odie is the dog from "garfield"

icee- a bong filled to the brim with crushed ice rather than water (hey lets make an icee")

JFK or kennedy- a very personal term for my friends and me we smoke out of my bowl shaped like a skull i made with the carb and bowl in the same places he was shot by the CIA ("lets blow kennedys head off")

Miller Time- when out in the field with only weed and a lighter and we smoke out of a soda/beer can

now you know. weed is still normal terms (ie bud herb weed ganj trees) peace

 

Um sesh pape...never heard, around the midwest we store pot in bags and/or tupperware, don't rely on a piece of paper to carry around our pot

Sesh...yes that's quite a standard term.

Brew...has always and will always refer to a nice cold beer...hey dipper wanna bail on stats and grab a few brews?

Brew-time...refers to time to start drinking already mentioned brews...hey wayner is it brew time already or do you still got to call your mommy

B (Bee)...refers to a round plastic object used for tossing at each other (frisbee)...gennerally bong hits do precede tossing the bee... ship, wanna toss the bee

 

well, my temrs arent quite as clever,
but
when theres no more weed in the bowl and its all ash, we say "oh, its kicked"
i use a bunch of random terminology for sayin im gonna smoke...Ill either just say it blatantly (ima go smoke some weed) or "lets go have "some fun"" or, for smoe reason or another, me and my freinds started the code "speaking french." so wed be like "lets go speak french you guys!" I dunno why tho...i forget how that started actually.haha

my friends pipe is named KING HENRY.

All of the lingo around here usually comes from the downtown area. Kids love imitating rappers and whatnot so they come up with lingo in the same fashion.

bullet - being stoned

sculley - getting high (take off of xfiles)

molder - alternate to scully (coined by me to irritate these gangsta kids and to be stupid )

blizzie - blunt
gametime - time to smoke a shitload

zone - an ounce (alternately "cha zone")

gettin' little in the cut - going to get high in a public place that's somewhat secretive, i.e. a creek or patch of woods

snappin - refering to a rappers ability to rap well. I.e. "Man that nigga is snappin so hard!"

nicka - any person. Black or white, doesn't matter. We're all niccas

 

shotgun - a steamroller
dub - twenty sack
a fifty - fifty sack
a bluntsworth - a fifteen sack
cashed, or, its cashed - the weed in the bowl has been smoked to the fullest
cracky - what my friend called the glass one hitter (crackpipe) I used to have that I smoked my herb in

 

Brew? Yep...that's beer 'round here. mmm....a nice cold brewsky.

cashed- nothing but ash left in the bowl

I'm pretty sure all of these ones are pretty common...I could be wrong:
Rip- To smoke out of a bong. Also, a bong hit.
Greens- First hit of the bowl.


Going out to look for the beaver hut - very uncommon. Used when you're going outside to smoke. My exbf used to say this when he was going out to smoke a cig. He was trying to quit, so he was embarassed to say it outright. Everytime I go out for a semi-covert smoke I just announce that I'm going out to look for the beaver hut. I use it in public a lot when I'm going to step out of the theater, store, etc. for a smoke. My friends get it...but no one else.

 

Ha..After reading CBF's posts in another thread I thought of another term we use

Jewing the bowl- Only smoking half a bowl and saving the rest in the bowl to smoke later. (i.e. Are you going to jew it, or finish smoking?; Where's the jewed bowl from last night?;, Stop being jewish and smoke that shit!)

No offense intended. Jews rock.

 

cashed- when the bowl is done
cheese, donuts, green, shrubery, trees- weed
cheesin-when your high
sesh, cheese sesh- smoking time
dub- twenty bag
doob- joint
woo- coke sprinkled blunt
greens- first hit of a bowl

plenty of others, its too early for me to list all of them

 

Here are the ones I know, but I picked most up in juvie so they're ebonic terms, and none of my white friends know what they mean.

banger=blunt
woo-banger=blunt w/ coke
to the face=by oneself
to the fizzy= see above
gotti=3.5g blunt
blaze=I think we all know
grizzy=gram
blowin=smoking
blown=blazed

and that's all I remember

 

oh heres some more

crop dusting- when someone sprinkles the bowl with another drug, more than often coke or when with the preppies adderal(yuck!)

scorching- when someone takes all the green on top of the bowl to themselves(assholes) instead of cornering the bowl

zip- ounce

herbal suicide- weed bought from a pig(usually has bad effects, more than likelly laced)

 

um. nugget - good pot
midies - mids obviously
and shit for shit weed.

stupid kids say cheifing - smoking or session.
we just smoke.

gotti - is when you twease out the tob- and substitute your own crop. (our gotti's are a little more than 3.5 [more like 7]


to "crack" a blunt - when instead of rolling one you cut it down the middle and roll it that way.

beat - when a bowl is done.
10 bag - a 10 bag
20 bag, etc - ^

 

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA, thats hilarious dude! you sound like me and my jewish friends. If one of us doesnt pay for something like food or whatever, we'll be like, stop being such a jew! and then the person is like NO YOU! hahaha, we could go on forever. But thats kind of a jewish thing to do that, its just how we do. Like my black friends use the n word, we use JEW that way. or JUDEN. haha. But I guess I cant stop other people from using the word jew that way, just like black people cant stop other races from using the n word, so I'll end my tyrade of defending the jews

Oh heres some more of my local lingo:

"5 chip"- half of a gram

"b-hole"- a stoner who is always burnt out, and very lazy (ex. get off the couch you b-hole!)

"pooched"-when a joint/bowl is finished, it is "pooched"

"choke" -the little hole on a bong 2 take your finger off when you want 2 inhale your hit. (although me and my friends usually use pull-shaft bongs these days with no choke)

 

anyone ever hear of the term Canoeing?

for when the joint burns mostly down one side only and it looks like a canoe
