long time visitor just registered

hey everyone, ive been on these forums quite a bit the past year so i decided to register finally. ive read up on pretty much all forum sections and dont worry, lol im not here to waste everyones time asking the same old questions like, "whats your favorite munchie when stoned" and" how many times a day do you smoke".
Anyway i do have a question though for my first post. Has anyone ever developped any strange growths on there neck due to too much weed/cigarette smoking? i know it sounds rather odd but ive noticed for awhile that on the left side of my neck there is a strange bump and its not small either but its not HUGE or anything. It could of also happened when i broke my left colerbone this summer but im not quite sure. Anyway if anyone has a clue your input on this would be appreciated

 

I'm pretty sure its from breaking your collerbone...or mabey its cancer.

this one episode of the simpsons homer got bumps like that and it was because he was suppressing his rage. he almost died. just somethin to think about. lol

anyway, ive got this wierd lump on my neck but ive had it since i can remember

 

i came to the conclusion that the bump is from too much headbanging. especially after the Megadeth show was at 2 weeks ago. Its just my neck muscles stretching out. LOL you guys ever seen the singer from Cannibal Corpse (the first one)youl know exatcly what im talking about
