it sort of looks like a poncho and swaeter combined,,,,i have never seen a sweater made like that before,,,,that is pretty cool
yeah i think I like it, too. I just don't like the turtleneck. does anyone know a cool way to turn that down? I'm thinking about just cutting down the side of it off to the side so it lays flat. it's actually very comfortable, too. all except that damn turtleneck. I've never liked those.
i was also gunna say that you look like one of those jumping squirls, but arlia beat me to it! lol it's a good sweater to carry abryn around in Don't know what to tell you about the turtle neck thing, though.......
it's a sweater...and I found it at a thrift shop. I was going to make it into a cloth diaper cover, but now I think I'm going to keep it.
okay, I'm showing my age, but I recognize that sweater... it's from the early 80's. I had a purple dress made like that, with a cowl neck instead of turtle neck, and a big fat belt with huge hideous buckle at the waist. Imagine wearing the sweater with rollerskates and purple eyeshadow, and maybe some snazzy shiny flight pants. LOLOLOL But you gotta flip the front edges of your hair back in wings to do it right.
You're my absolute hero.... As for the turtle neck, I would just cut it off, and cut it sorta wide so it slouches off your shoulders.... JMO...
lol. well i want it to maybe actually keep me warm in the winter, so I don't know about slouching it off my shoulders...but how would you sew it so that it doesn't start to come apart after you cut it?
a big belt with that would still be very fashionable right now. it is a cute sweater, i would wear it!
yeah, but I don't think I'd wear it with a belt. It's very comfortable as it is. I'm glad you've all inspired me to keep it. I was going to cut it up and make it into a diaper cover! Cate, I LOVE that picture! I never saw that movie, but now I kinda want to.
i don't think you'll have to worry about anybody else having one of those so it's certainly one of a kind shall we say. dannayelli
