Go to Hash Rock or Aquarian. Those were the two spots of my youth anyway. Hash rock is directly across from Castle Rock State park, very near to the summit of Highway 9 and Skyline Blvd, and Aquarian is just north on Skyline Blvd of the summit. Dont know what these places are like now, as this was 30 years ago. Oh, I almost forgot, watch out for the Albinos in the Santa Cruz mountains, they will eat you alive, lol. Long standing fear of the SC mountains, dont know if the legend still survives today?
