I've contributed little to no inspiring dialogue in this forum because I have come to a mental/spiritual standstill where I can not, at the moment, claim to have any opinion or to have any advice to offer. The same thing happens when I go to play my musical instruments, if I've been playing too often, the music becomes forced, and therefor is very flat and uninspiring. But if I take a break and focus on other interests, I start to find music everywhere, and when I sit back down to play an instrument again, the music plays me as the instrument. I need to let God work through me, rather than continually trying to reach out into God while attempting to make sense out of life lol, something that I realize is truth, but for many reasons I keep hanging up the phone.
I think one reason things on here have kind of ground to a halt is that most of the old crew who used to contribute regularly and were really the soul of this forum, if a forum can be said to have a soul, have gone. Chief Cowpie, Spook 13, and the others. Well, things are always changing. Perhaps somehow a kind of phase has been passed. For my part, I'd be happy to contribute to discussions - if there were any going on.
Nope, this is the only "hip" , 'hip" , "hip" forum for us all. :cheers2: I want to post something, but really i am out of ideas, if you got some, post them and we might end up discussing it.
