I want to make something like this myself. Just buy a small plot of land, maybe a couple of acres and just build my own home. It's so cool.

yeah water damage will be a big problem seeing how the hill it's self will hold lots of water and eat away at the home. Very nice looking, i'd like to live in something like that defently.
Damn that's amazing. And only about 6k too. Hell thoreau built his house for 27 bucks. Of course that's when money was worth more, but still it shows that you can live cheaply and for nothing.
