the other day, i picked up 20 tabs from my dealer. the tabs looked legit, he told me they were jerry garcias, the designs were yellow and tan x's. i took them twice and a few friends tried them, and idk if its actually lsd. i'm thinking it might have been a DOx chemical, i'm wondering if anyone might know. here's the story(s): on tuesday i took 2 tabs. unusually, after about 20 minutes i started getting light visuals (things were brighter) and normal come-up effects. after an hour and a half, the trips had not completely kicked in, so i smoked some pot. after a bowl, i was tripping harder than ever before. i was running around my family room so excited and i told all my friends i had acid. i wasnt getting too many flat-out visuals yet, but i had this unecessary sense of pride like on amphetamines but with a mindfuck twist; at one point i even tried to jump off my couch and glide. after about 4 hours, i was in my bedroom, and on the walls were these patterns of cavalrymen. other insane visuals too. everything was so bright and looked like how it did when i was like 4, but everything had this weird dark-shadowy twist.i actually fell asleep which was kind of odd, it might have been the pot but idk. the next day me and 2 friends tripped again. i took 6 tabs to combat tolerance of this potential LSD (i even posted a thread asking about that) and my friends took 3 and 1, respectively. we took the tabs at 8pm. my friend who took 1 tab (P we'll call him) said a poster was getting closer and closer to him after 15 minutes of taking the tab. i kept feeling everything and it felt so awesome, and produced the same type of thrill that awesome visuals do. my friend who took 3 (we'll call him "D") reported nothing until about 1030 or so. by about 10, 1030 we smoked 6 bowls of weed. this blasted our trips to full potential. my friends basement became the trip room, and certain quirky visuals from other trips had come back to life. everything was a little bit more lucid though. also, i got a new type of visual. everything i looked at was extremely bright in the middle and all shadowy on the outside. the whole night i was really energetic too, i was running around and jittering alot. we fell asleep at 1 somehow, maybe because of the pot. three other friends took it. two said they didnt feel anything the whole time except come-up effects. one said that he took it and only got the mental effects. all of these people took one tab. so do you think its good L or DOx? also, are the DOx chemicals more dangerous? is there tolerance associated with them? is DOx destroyed by air and heat and all that stuff like LSD is?
if you are feeling it coming on that early it is prob lsd. also did it have a taste to it. If it tasted like chemicals then it is dox
There's "cross-tolerance" for all psychedelics I believe. To determine whether it was DO(x) vs LSD you'd have to specify if there was a bitter taste -- but usually DO(x)'s take a lot longer to come up on anyway. I believe DO(x)'s are pretty stable, but it's always convenient to store them somewhere cold and dark just incase. I think some may be dangerous in crazy amounts, if you aren't sure it's LSD I wouldn't be doublin up like that.
