Male Toe Rings

A few friends came over last night and one showed up barefoot. He was wearing a toe ring. The girls who were over thought it was sexy but the guys said it was feminine and that guys shouldn't wear toe rings. It was a plain thick smooth silver band on his 2nd toe, right foot.

I actually thought it looked pretty hot and thought it would be an interesting topic for here.

 

Well, I ADORE toe rings. I need to go out and get myself a few new ones, because I *sniffs* lost two of them. I only have one left at the moment.

I don't think that a toe ring on a guy would be feminine, I think it would be pretty cool actually.

Feet are beautiful, why not decorate em?? Male or female...doesn't matter.

 

I'm all for male foot decoration. I made my barefooting friend from the UK an ankle bracelet for Christmas. and I definitely think that guys could pull off toe rings. It's not feminine. Guys wear necklaces, bracelets, rings, and earrings...why not toe rings as well?

 

I've worn one on a few occassions, once when getting my haircut, the female stylist gave me a compliment on it. Hey guys, go ahead and wear one if you so please, men wear ear rings so why not something for your feet?

 

I've worn toe rings since 1995. When I first started, I was a little overzealous and had two rings on each foot, for a total of 4 adorned toes. Now I've got rings on two toes...one on my left middle toe, and 3 very thin rings on my right middle toe. I figured it would be easier to just show y'all so I'm attaching a pic.

I've never had a really negative comment from anyone on my toe rings. My friends all think it's cool, or if they don't they've never said as much to me. I don't think it's feminine at all...no more so than wearing finger rings or any other form of jewelry.

 

I think it's HOT. I'm gonna get one...

Im a guy who loves wearin toe rings. I wear 3 of em: 2 on my right foot and one on my left. I've been wearin em since 1997, and it's cool, especially since i spend alot of time barefoot. I also wear a couple of anklets on my right ankle. It's cool to decorate your feet and ankles!

Latest barefootin': I went barefoot to a couple of grocery stores, a Subway sandwich shop, and a Borders book store. Nice dirty soles, and i didn't get kicked out anywhere. I'm going out to get some ice cream in a bit, and I'll be doing that barefoot, too. I haven't seen too many other barefooters this season yet. A few weeks ago, we had some warm weather, so I spent some time going barefoot and shirtless to a couple of fast food places. Didn't get kicked out, and I saw another shirtless guy besides me at MCDonalds. It was pretty kewl.

I also wear a toe ring, just one. It's a plain silver circle, no engraving or anything, on my left foot, just next to the pinkie toe (the ring toe?). I have had it on since about 1997 or '98. It's a solid circle, no break. I wore an adjustable one before that for a year or two but those are a pain in the ass because they can pinch you.


I rarely ever get comments about my toe ring. Most of the one's I've had were from really little kids, like my niece today. To me, my toe ring symbolizes the closeness I feel with feet in general, which I find to be very attractive. But when people ask, I just pretty much tell them I just like the way it looks and I like silver jewelry. It's only part of the truth, but it's all true. I just don't feel like telling every person who might ask, "It's also an outward manifestation of this weird love I have for feet!"

One girl I know at work, who happens to be lesbian-ish (she really doesn't know what the fuck she is) jokes with me that it makes me look gay, or that it must mean I'm very confident in my masculinity because I take the chance of looking gay by wearing a toe ring. It would really suck if women who were seeing me wear it just assumed right off the bat that it means I'm gay and won't bother approaching me! :$ That would really suck.

I'm not sure how difficult it would be to get one sent to the UK though Loki. The toe ring on my left foot is called "Footprints" under the Sterling Silver category. I have been wearing a couple of toe rings now for about two years. Have always had good comments about them .

 

why for do you have shoes on, Anthony? You're supposed to be barefooted in the rain!

 

I've been wearing one on my left foot for about ten years now, and I never really think about it anymore. I'm getting a tattoo on the top of the same foot, and I wear hemp anklet. Love your feet, and those of those you love!
