Today I smoked about 2 grams out of my bong with my friend, and right after that I had to go lift with the football team. We had a really explosive lifting day with power cleans and all that good shit, and the weed just helped so much. Its like I felt every muscle move and I was able to control them all at the same time which gave me perfect form and a whole shitload of energy. I need to start doing that more often.
I love working out stoned. I agree you can feel every muscle move and when you feel the burn, if you were not stoned you would have felt it a while ago. Plus it helps the time go by faster. Nothing better.
I got high earlier and then mowed the grass, I thought I was doing so good, but I ended up making swervy marks in the yard..
I always toke right before I go running, it's amazingly fun and sometimes it feels like you can run much faster than you actually are; I went for an un-stoned run a few nights ago and absolutely dreaded it...had been a while and quickly reminded me of why I started to toke w/ running. Haha to the grass remark that's so awesome.

i think it can actually lead to some very dangerous problems... marijuana is obviously a mild sedative and pain killer.. meaning when doing very strenuous work out routines such as lifting.. you're dulling out pain which could be trying to tell you "you're doing it wrong" and lead to a very serious injury.. just my 2cents

MJ is actually pretty much the worst thing to do before working out as it lowers testosterone ALOT so your potential gains are held back when smoking before lifting.
still tho, its pot. the two hobbies just dont fit, gettin stoned and lifting weights. no. if anything you should work out and THEN toke haaaha
