first off, i just want to say that about a year ago i did shrooms had a bad trip, and changed, and now every time i get high im on shrooms again. anyways. this story is not fake at all in any sense. i was watching tv, and some chick played a couple notes on a flute and i saw colors coming out of it. like real colors. it took me a while to realize what i saw and i started thinking about it, and then i started seeing people's aruas for a minute. do you guys think im hallucinating or when your high like me, you think about your "powers". what do you guys think weed does? give a heighted sense of imagination? a new sense? better perception of reality? do any of you do hecka crazy things when your high?

 

I have had some full-on "trips" when I was super-stoned. I remember one time I took ONE bonghit of some fookin dank ass shit and all of a sudden, everything looked like it was put together in pixels, believe it or not.

But yeah I think weed does all of those things you mentioned, except a new sense. All of our senses are heightened and our imagination is in overdrive.

It's called synethesia.

It's when the input/output parts of your brain kinda get outa wack and you end up seeing music, hearing colors, feeling numbers etc.
It's very common in prodigys. Musicians like this usually "see" or "feel" thier compositions, and math genuises tend to "see" numbers (the number 7 is a blue vibrating string for instance).
Mushrooms probably weren't the only direct cause, but they could help exacerbate a dormant condition.

Everytime I get high it looks like everything is anime. like every time I get high, its fuckin awesome

 

sounds like the first time i smoked salvia, except on salvia everything was much more intense.

I can drive better when I'm stoned. Also, I am really good at video games, especially the GTA series, when I am stoned.

I'm really good at music when I'm high. I just am. I can pick out songs on my bass better. Once when I got stoned, me and my buddy were listening to the roots, and I was able to pick out every single bass line on that album, and some were crazy, like jazz bass. But I can play jazz bass, cause I'm cool like that

 

I wish I could play an instrument, man. Don't have the patience to learn.

 

try playing some funk bass, like some slapping and picking. my friend is really good at that. i love jamming with him on bass and me on drums

 

Guitar is pretty easy to learn. You could learn some chords and that'll get you started just playing some fun and simple songs. I've known people though that I've tried to teach guitar to and they just can't seem to get it. Always worth a try though, I think

 

I think I'd be more of a percussion kind of guy, if I were to play an instrument.
