Do any of you ever get really embarrassed when you get super high with a friend? Like, you feel awkward because you realize how stupid you sound, or you ramble on and on an on trying to explain something, and you're actually carrying on a conversation with your high buddy, and then someone goes "blahblahblajhbla.....wait. What...was..I trying to say? How did we start talking about this?"

That happens to me all the time, and I feel like such an awkward dumbass. Like when someone cracks a joke with enthusiasm, and nobody laughs. Maybe it just reflects my socially anxious personality.

yeah when you smoke weed, and you think about yourself, you notice how stupid some of the shit you do and say is, but you also notice other people sound really dumb and do stupid shit as well, pretty much you notice all the little things when your high

 

I don't get embarrassed if I'm with friends who have also been smoking. Then you're all stoned so it's okay! I definitely feel that if I'm with people who don't smoke, though. Then I worry that they're looking down on my stoner life. Luckily some of those people understand and don't give me any shit.

I always get really embaresed when I smoke with people, usually for no reason. It leads to me not saying anything for like two hours. I really like smoking with my friends though, but I also really like being alone and toking it.

 

I call it "Little Things". Cuase, when I'm high some of the stupidest little things can either piss me off or make me luagh. Also, I always notice all the little things people do, and what I do, that I never noticed before. It only happens to me when I get this strain, we call it Michigan J Frog. I think it's a type of paranioia.

 

i can smoke with my best friend and be that way and we just laugh and laugh about it

but when i'm with other people who i usually don't smoke with i do feel that way
like i'm rambling on and on about something stupid and they are just sitting there listening

 

ya. i need to be with a real good friend for a good high. even to drink. usually i like sober. the worst is goin to order food high. i always make an ass of myself

 

haha yep! i smoked at a concert with two of my friends, but my other friend coulsnt smoke. then after the two friends went outside to smoke a cig, i was with my other one. i was high and sorta felt bad for smoking but he started talking about something and i shouted out for him to shut up. i never say that the way i did and felt so awkward.

i also felt stupid trying to talk to him. i couldnt think of anything fun to talk about. i was just sitting on a stool and kept on spining back and forth

 

you should be able to feel safe when you get high with your friends there should be no tention in the air.

Same here. But I usually feel the dumbest when I'm with my brother that doesn't smoke. He can usually tell right away that I'm high.

 

Man, my friend was feelin' like this today, but it was sort of funny.. To give you some background on the story, I was eating green beans during dinner last night. One green bean was not fully cooked and was real hard and stringy-like, there was no way I could swallow it. After a lot of chewing and realizing it wasn't breaking, I took it out of my mouth and gave it to my dog. Well, later on I guess my dog took it to where me and my friend were breaking up bud at. After we were done eating dinner and smoked a few bowls, we were ready to smoke another.. I leave bud out sometimes when I get baked. Well, my friend found the green bean lying on the floor (and it looked like bud a lot too) and put it back in the bag cuz he thought it was some I dropped.

The next morning (today) we went to smoke some more bud. We smoked a bowl. We were ready for our second.. My friend asks if he could pack the bowl this time, I say sure.. He pulls out the GREEN BEAN, crushes it up and packs the bowl with green bean and takes a hit.. He blows the smoke in my face and I'm like 'dude that don't smell right'.. I look at it and I'm like "shit dude that's like a vegetable or something".. Man we felt like jackasses lol.

 

i never really get too paranoid about ppl noticing if i do somethin stupid, i know they are just as high as me and probably find it funny. Somethin that i do, only when im very high tho, is not really become anti-social but if we are just hangin around im good with just chillen there not sayin much at all. idk,im just comfortable hangin out with the people there,i dont really feel like i need to say anything. One thing i will kind of worry about tho is like i just lighting up a joint at a party and worrying about what other people think and stuff, i hate being labeled a "stoner". When i hear stoner i think of some cough potatoe fat ass who doesnt do anything all day, completely not what i am,hehe.

 

You're lucky in my book that means you are getting really high.
That goes away over time until one day you have such a tolerance that you dont even feel high when youre smoking in someplace comfortable like at home with ppl you knowand you think "shit i cant get high anymore" and you walk out the door and drive to the grocery store and you look at all the people through your red squinty eyes and you think "they all know" then you think "THANK MY STARS!! I'm paranoid! I CAN still get high!!!"

i have one friend who can make me very uncomfortable sometimes.

 

I never feel dumb. hell, I was trippin on acid and talking to some friends over the phone the other night.. I was fine. hah
