Just a quick question. Why do some people consider it cruelty to kick a dog or a cat when they themselves eat double bacon cheeseburgers and steaks and whatever else?

Is butchering a cow not as cruel as kicking a dog?

    Just a thought.

Depends on your country I guess. I know alot of dorks only show the worse side of sluaghter pratices to further thier cuase but I know how my freezer got filled up and how the animal was killed and glad it was done. Tastes great, love it, the farmer fed it, took care of it for the sole purpose to feed people the same as a plant. When you harvest a plant its gone same as the animal. Dont care glad to eat it, share it.

Steaks best when there is blood still dripping out from it, nice crisp seared outside with juicy blood inside. If it aint pink its burnt.

Because kicking a dog or a cat is being abusive a cheeseburger is food. Animals that are pets aren't the same as an animal after it has been killed and made into food. Besides; a live animal can feel. It's cruel to kill but we were raised to eat meat and cow happens to be the meat of America.

A cow in the wild would have a short life span if not for humans controlling thier predators.

You could say that argue that it's not difficult to survive without eating meat.

But through most of our history and in many parts of the world it would be difficult to impossible to get the nutrients humans need without eating meat.

So is killing an animal for survival and heath better morally then torturing an animal for fun? I'd say so.

Is killing a person in self defense more justified then for killing for revenge? seems like a good analogy.

I would say that we should be trying to evolve to the point where we don't have to kill to meet our dietary needs. In the mean time a holy then thou attitude is annoying. There are better ways to unfluence change then nagging.

I have difficulty taking animal rights activists seriously when theres still genocide.

I do think animals have rights, but animal rights are low compared to genocide in my view of the world. Very low, lower then alternative fuels, and a bit above freeing Tibet.

IMO. For every animal you eat, you will be reincarnated once as that animal. Some people will be fed through the meat grinder several thousand times just to pay for one lifetime's worth of bad karma.

In my opinion anyone who sits at a green light in this life should be shot out of a cannon into the sun.

Yes I used to run red lights late at night with the semi when there was no traffic but with the wonders of traffic control cameras ect that has stopped.

I know some countries eat dogs and cats and maybe that would control they need to just put them to sleep. Make them a crop to be raised and processed for food.

Poodles and noodles, any other dishes come to mind?

Dolphin, hmm most large fish are kinda chewy, monkey I have never heard anything about, humans are said to be very greasey and oily so Im sure like bear would have a rather unpleasant taste.
