anyone know the 6r meditation Reconize Release relax resmile return repeat. im tying to get into mindfulness all the time because i suffer a lot since i got a psychose on weed and i was in love with weed that's really fuck my life i was the one who lived for smoking. Sad i cannot smoke it till i will stop suffering. If other know other technique that is good for me in my case i have difficult to stay in my mind i tend to start thinking and that cause me to go back each time into sufferance.
