US scientists unveil ‘microwave brain’ chip for ultrafast, wireless computing

Just an interesting new technology if you like radios. Among other things, you could easily combine an efficient chip like this with another chip that collects microwaves to recharge your cellphone and laptop, so you never have to plug them in again. They're talking about requiring 200mw of power, which is a snowflake hitting the ground, and getting at least three times the speed of current cellphones and computers.

The only flaw in this technology, is you can do the same thing using higher bandwidth invisible terahertz frequencies, capable of even penetrating walls, and make it wildly more efficient, by incorporating more quantum mechanics. Making this a Micro-Brain-Microwave technology, possibly adaptable for radio astronomy and military applications.
