I love having smoothies for breakfast... here's my favourite mix: In a blender... 1 cup low fat vanilla-flavoured yogurt, 1 banana, 1/4 cup fresh mint, 1 pint strawberries, 1 pint blueberries, 1 nectarine, and a pear. I spend the whole morning drinking just that, and since you need 5-10 fruits a day, that smoothie is good because it takes care of 6 right off the bat! So yummy.
mmmmm....the mint thing sounds good. I'm a big smoothie fan too. I use frozen strawberries to give it a nice cool refreshingness..and sometimes a small scoop of frozen juice concentrate for a little flavor burst.
