Has anyone ever eaten swan before? My boyfriend's friend gave us swan breasts and I can't seem to find any recipes online for swan. I wonder if it's very oily, like duckmeat? I figure since it's waterfowl it probably has the same properties as duck or goose. Can anyone enlighten me?
