Moving to PA in 6 weeks!!!

Wow, VERY last minute but I am leaving Florida in 6 weeks. I'm either going to Pennsylvania (probably Harrisburg area) or Maryland, still unsure.

So if anyone wants to hang out or fill me in on things-to-do, the happs, etc. lemme know...I'll def need some new friends to chill with!

ya should come by the philly drum circles then....if u can find us
they got way too popular & too huge back aways & started attracting the wrong crowd so we kinda hadta disapear into the woods
but if u can find us..philly has the best drum circles....every tues night

 

wow awesome! I would definitely like to check that out They have a very popular drum circle here at Sarasota beach with fire poi spinners, dancers, drummers and the like but it got WAY to populated with tourists from what I hear so I haven't bothered going.

 

well thats what happened to ours...some idiot announced it on the radio...& suddenly we'd have 1000 people..950 of which were there just to drink, buy or sell drugs act like idiots & stand around knee deep in theyre own trash..there were fights every night, ppl sellin nitros..even guns pulled more then once
& ofcourse it fell to abouit 15 ppl to clean up every night after the assholes ran off
one night some fool sets his nitros tank right in the center of the circle, & refused to leave even with like 200 ppl trying to make him leave..so all the drummers just got up, & walked off into the woods
few hours later went by there on my way home, the only sound ya heard was the whoosh of the nitros tanks..lol
but ever since that night, the drum circles have been smaller, but wonderful & we've never had a single problem since then

(the electric violin guy, is kinda well known cause he never studdied music instead studdied animals, & hes done things like at the local aquarium, they mic'ed him, & the whales, hed play to them & they'd sing back in responce..)

Wow I'm just sitting up thinking about how much I can't wait! I'm very excited about all the food places! little mom and pop restaurants, vegetarian places, tons of foreign food..stuff thats easy to find up there. Down here it's all damn chains!

harrisburg is alright, you're only a short drive to a lot of places, including Penn State, State college

Im over in Pittsbrgh, if ever get a chance to head out this way its pretty nice, I guess. Definatly more to do in Philly but Pittsburgh has its own charm. I'd say you come visit at least a couple times if your in Harrisburg, its not too far. So yeah, check it out sometime, rather cool, I'd say. You just need to know where to go.
