Murder charge for LSD transfer

Pretty extreme. An RC, I presume, sold as LSD?

 

How did the guy get caught if he was mailing, Hasn't he heard of a fake return address?

I had always thought the whole LSD sale is a murder charge was a myth. It had to be a RC, LSD does not do that to people.

 

Well, apparently he killed his friends wife, by sending an RC as lsd so yeah. So so so stupid....

 

the guy didn't die, he probably ratted out the seller. i'm sure through saved emails they could track him.

Pretty crazy though, if it was real LSD, the guy obviously has mental issues before taking it.

It'll be interesting to see if (I really mean when) they discover its not LSD via the toxicology reports or testing of those hits they found how the charges hold up.

These types of stories always seem to have a lot of initial sensationalized reporting and then it seems to become less and less as they unfold and new evidence is discovered that doesn't support the story.

 

Convulsions are symptoms from presumably 25I-NBOMe overdose.

 

It's obviously strychnine since everyone knows acid tabs have lethal amounts of strychnine in them.
