Mushroom Stroganoff 30g butter 1 brown onion 1 clove garlic crushed 400g flat mushroom 200g swiss brown 150g shitake mushroom 150g oyster mushroom ¼ cup red wine 1 cup vegetable stock 1 cup tomato pasta sauce, or tomato canned ½ cup water 1tbsp corn flour water ½ cup sour cream Fry onion & garlic then mushrooms add wine, tomato sauce / can, stock, and water, boil, reduce, simmer, blend in corn flour, stir and simmer till thick and add sour cream, stir. * This tastes great seved with rice / pasta / or mash and steamed veg. Also, try adding some fried tofu. Also, you can use the same quantity of regular mushrooms as opposed to all these fancy ones.
