My bud went through the washer

I left my bud in my pillow case and my mom washed my pillow cases while i was at school. The found the bud in the washer machine and im now in the process of drying it out again. How much do you think this will drop the potency of the bud?

I found it before my mom did.

 

depending what the temp of the water was in the washer when it went through it may of dropped it at least half the potency it was before.

 

When it dries, smoke it to find out...

 

it was super good sticky bud with a fruity smell to it.

 

Bad plan. Its going to have all the fucking chemicals from the detergent.

Might as well throw it in the dryer . If that's not your only bud, or if you can go a few days without, then you should probably just play it safe and chuck it. Hell, sell it to a kid as that shit that smells so good it's like fresh clothes

 

i still have some good bud to smoke, but it was about 5 or 6 grams of weed. I might sell it if its not worth smoking.

 

This has happened to me before. I threw out the bud, because it tasted like shit, and I knew that the chemicals from the detergent wouldn't be smart to smoke.

Yeah, unless you are really gonna be high and dry, don't smoke that shit. It's not worth it. It's gonna taste like fuckin piss. Wet pot = Bad pot (unless you're really fuckin despearate)

But, if you want to try it, put it on your window and let it dry out or over a vent. Don't wrap it up though or it will mold and that shit will make you sick. Leave it in the open. If it looks like it's got green mushy stuff on it, toss it, thats mold and will make u puke your guts out.

I'm pretty sure it would be obvious that the bud had something wrong with it, even just from the smell. Your own fault if you buy it without inspecting it

This happened to a friend of mine, except it was a pants pocket. His mom yelled for him to come down from his room to show him what she found. She then said "is this yours?" he replied "yes" and she handed him his bag of weed.

 

Haha that idea is genious, and it would work too which makes it awesomer.

Edit: Oh and make hash out of it man, filters most chemicals away and they evaporate so you're left with the THC and less harmful chemicals. Also if you use the alcohol method that eliminates a lot of chemicals right their.
