Okay, this is probably going to be the quietest thread in the whole of the forum...Even next to "I'm an inbred and proud!" So, ask me something you didn't already know.
Well, at the moment I've got my pre, and post-university plans all set out. I'm currently doing English Lit., History, and Film Studies A Levels. Whilst doing them I'm attending short courses in Cardiff university, one of which is an Introduction to the Beat Generation, and after that I'll do some courses on Creative Writing. Thus, leaving me with alot of additional things to put on my Uni. CV, as well as the straight A's I'm working my ass off for. Then, after going through uni. studying English Lit. and Creative Writing (hopefully Bath Spa, or Birkbeck), I want to go to China to teach English and become a teacher. Who knows how much this will change, but at the moment I'm working my ass off to achieve this. ...Slightly naive? Maybe. What do you guys think?
Oh...Nothing! Just Thinking About Variation... There is Nothing Wrong with it... I'd Like to See Some more Pics of you...
For the experience. I don't want to be stuck in Wales all my life wondering what I could've done with my life, and regretting what I hadn't done with it.
What happened to the army plans? And you should check out UEA's MA course for creative writing, it's a great spring board for aspiring writers like yourself....
Yeah, I bought a new one! eBay is a fucking God-send! I bought a lovely new leather jacket off there too.
Do you know how to speak Mandarian or Cantonese? Is that class about the Beatniks as cool as it sounds? *snaps fingers*
I can speak a little Mandarin. Ni hao! Ni hao ma? And yes, that class is as cool as it sounds...And yes, I am the new Generation, all in one person.
To be honest, I wouldn't know what kind of views I have in a Left/Right wing sense. I'm very tolerant when it comes to other cultures and views, and very much welcome it, although I believe in keeping the heritage of Britain/Wales as a British/Welsh country. Of course, that doesn't stop other cultures coming here, but I think we should pride ourselves in our own culture before welcoming others with open arms. If that makes sense. Left Wing, or Right Wing? What do you think?
Why not take the questionnaire on the political compass? http://www.politicalcompass.org/questionnaire
Apparently I'm close to the views of Ghandi. The Political Compass Economic Left/Right: -6.13 Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -4.87 Jon, tell me what that means, please?
